Where does the name of the company come from?
I've been told it has something to do with the speech recognition software that the company worked on years ago (referencing a Parakeet), combined with a technology reference (tera, as in terabyte).  That or a mythical talking Pterodactyl-Parakeet hybrid superbird. But if that were the case I guess it would be spelled Pterakeet.
