Shannon Reedy joined Terakeet in May of 2009 after completing her bachelor’s degree in communications and rhetorical studies at Syracuse University. Shannon currently oversees our communications strategy and lead generation through our referral partner channel.

Empowering excellence

Prior to her position as Chief Brand Officer, Shannon spearheaded a dynamic team focused on maximizing the growth and performance of Terakeet’s clients. In this role, she drove revenue performance, represented Terakeet’s capabilities to F500 executives, and supported the evolution of market positioning and value.

Her expertise in program success metrics has played a pivotal role in retaining customers and building strong partnerships.

Making an impact

Shannon quickly became a driving force in providing clients with transparent insights into their online performance. Recognizing that web traffic alone isn’t enough, Shannon played a crucial role in segmenting keyword and conversion-specific traffic, delivering in-depth reports on trends and patterns.

Her collaboration extended directly to the search strategy and operations divisions, ensuring that every Terakeet client team implements a growth strategy aligned with our clients’ goals and desires.

In March 2014, in parallel with a growing list of clients and expanding Terakeet team, Shannon expanded the analytics department and pioneered a new client relationship function. This move transformed her account management team into vital growth strategy partners for all Terakeet clients.

Ever thoughtful of the dynamic nature of client relationship management, Shannon has been a regular consumer at industry conferences, webinars, and industry publications. Outside of work, she enjoys being a mom and wife and teaches yoga weekly at a local studio.
