Account Manager – Online Reputation Management

  • Leads communication for all day-to-day interaction with multiple clients; driving strategy development, implementation, execution and optimization of digital strategies
  • Guides clients through the on boarding process; develops timeline, high-level strategy, client facing materials and in-person delivery
  • Schedules and organizes client account calls, meetings and presentations to support weekly and monthly updates with a focus on program KPI’s and related impact
  • Leads the data collection, research, delivery and articulation of monthly reports
  • Plans, forecasts, and/or approves tactics that support program success; ensures consistent performance against client goals; delegates activity, set expectations and oversees prioritization of work
  • Communicates rationales for program optimization and pivots
  • Steers internal teams; serves as a project manager with accountability for all client deliverables
  • Provides direct supervision, training and development to Brand Strategy Specialists and Brand Strategists

Preferred Skills and Attributes Include:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, PR, Writing, English, Journalism or Business
  • 2 or more years of relevant post graduate work experience in a digital marketing position; assisting with strategy development, implementation and execution on multiple client accounts
  • Ability to identify key performance indicators and success metrics given knowledge and understanding of client-specific business goals
  • Advanced knowledge of content optimization techniques and best practices, including an understanding of keyword analysis, on-page elements, site architecture and user intent
  • Firm understanding of search analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Omniture SiteCatalyst
  • Track record of critical thinking and application of problem-solving skills; ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs
  • Thorough understanding of digital and traditional marketing principles
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Enthusiastic about facing challenges and finding solutions to overcome them.Inherently motivated to perform at a high level
  • Team-player mentality
